Hi, It is ironic how judgemental women can be. The idea of not trying because of the fear of rejection is such a bane. It is probably why so many of us are single and looking for love. It would be great if we can get atleast 10 people to join in. WE could really get the meet up going. If some of us are able formulate relationships that would be great, even if we dont we can always work on forging a friendship

I like the meet up idea as well...just to also comment on your "why does there seem to be such a low response to my profile....also commonly known as "where the hell are my winks!" I'm kind of feeling the same way too...then it ocurred to me....online isn't too far away from real time...whether you're at the club, a house party, or wherever, women feeling insecure in the possible rejection causes lack of action. We're always waiting for the other one to make the move...and for those brave souls who say screw it. she's cute, looks single and I'm going to talk to her...it takes an earthquake to get the other person to talk and engage. How many women have you tried to talk to and they either have the deer in the headlights look or just can't carry on a conversation without their gaggle of girls around. I find myself scratching my head alot thinking, i'm just trying to get to know you...I'm not looking to move in. But so it goes...It doesn't mean I'm throwing in the towel...it only takes one.

hey Gals: Since most of have the same complaint that we dont seem to get any responses, why dont we all have (from the LA area) have a meet up? We can all agree on some comman place and meet up, just as members on LDate. It would be low pressure, may be some of might find a date while most of us might just land up making some great friends. There are a lot of sites, just google "lesbian online dating" it will give you a bunch of sites. I can't post the names of all the sites i know, cuz i know they will just delete them. Just be careful, there are a lot of scam artists, and there are a few here on this site. Remember....be patient and take your time...good luck girl! :)
